over come the Negative Potentials - Killer for Happiness !

Guys ,
Hi there ! This time to get u back some intresting  LONG gap made  so we are upto the thoughts in our daily routiene life !
So hope everything is running on ur side .


Woke up this morning with a pleasant mindset ,
  •  Got some clickerings in mind about something today, they may be good/bad,( how ever you feel), 
  • So u started thinking about the issue from the time the click wakes U up @t the instant !
  • You are in the position to analysis where the thought U get is Correct / not-correct ! 
Look Buddy !,
 The time when it has risen , is even the time when u know it was right or unusual( negative thoughts).
Your eternal mind gives you potential to control conscious issues , but not Sub-conscious memory,
The sub conscious part of mind is which leads you to those unusual thoughts , conscious part of mind tries to control to get to normal usual things again ! 
Actually dear , conscious part is controlled by human itself ! Hence , it is that Human who tries here to get rid of those unusual thongs in mind.

The more times you try to get rid of those unusual negatives , The more u feel disgraced &depressed
It is just unusual thing - It doesn't exist in real life / nature , remove it from mind , HENCE it exists no where !
And now finally you got a tip to work out on unusual negative thoughts daily.

  1. i dont find the exact solution
    what exactly do we have to do to get rid of the thoughts?
    do we need to stop thinking about those using our conscious thoughts or leave them in the subconscious thoughts and let them poke us whenver they want(dreams)?

  2. okie Buddy the thing is in your control when u feel it is !
    Negative potentials make us to decline our real life's reality ( make us more imaginary )
    dreams usually dont come !
    try to avoid them as possible
    get practice this theory
    1: avoid it when u get it in mind
    2: but tou will get those negative thoughts again , ( this is the time when you need to still get away from them,)
    DONT GIVE A SHIT OF THINK ABOUT THOSE THOUGHTS , LET them GO ,

  3. refering to the point 1 and 2 would only make those thoughts to get into sub conscious which would poke you in the dreams
    and when you have the dream about the negative stuff
    you get a double impact
    generally the humans show the big fluctuated feel only in the two case
    1. when they get a very good dream that they never expected
    2.the one which they have never wanted to happen(bad sruff) or the one bad thing which happend a long ago
    Both of the above would become boner all the day whenever you get them in the dream

  4. so thst is the reality in thoughts acgtually
    there is a eternal thing u need to follow
    i.e,
    DONT GIVE A SHIT OF THINK ABOUT THOSE THOUGHTS , LET them GO
    this gives u a break when u follow adversely
    life gives two things for us memoreble good and memorable good
    turnout each situation by achieving memorable good by being away from negative potentials
    [ this will be explained in the next post , wait till then ] cant control patience , but need that man !

    dont you think there is any other way other than the mental stabilization?
    like in the sense of the practical stuff around you?
    which might remind you of the past

    the thing you've posted has been really usefull but it can be made more perpetual solution if you can add stuff about the other factors showing the impact and the solution to counter impact those thoughts

  6. dis is our lyf....lyf shuld be in our contrl..negatves thoughts r common for every human being nd it is the most worst part in our lyf too..bt instead of thinking abt it nd making us down,sad,mental stress contrl those feelngs iknow we cnt frget dem as we say..bt u cnt sit lke dat depressed..move on guys..do smething elz 2 get rid of it make urself busy to dat extent soo dat u dnt have tym to think abt all those stuff...chill guys..be happy..njoyy ur lyf..dnt miss the most memorable momnts by thinkng abt unnecessary things it realy kills ur tym nd njoymnt..realy a gud job deepak..keep going we r always wth u ..
